Pursuant to 22 DCMR, section 4302.1, the District of Columbia State Health Planning and Development Agency ("SHPDA") will conduct a public hearing on Certificate of Need Registration No. 07-0-10, an application by International Dialysis Center, LLC to Establish an Outpatient Dialysis Facility at 1730 Hamlin St. NE Washington D.C 20018.  The hearing will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 11 am, at 825 North Capitol Street, NE. 2nd Floor, Room 2125, Washington, DC  20002.

Persons who wish to testify should contact the Project Review Branch of the SHPDA on (202) 442-5875 before 4:45 pm, Wednesday, May 7, 2008.  Each member of the public who wishes to testify will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes.  Written statements may be submitted to:
