Social Art and Culture presents the Black L.U.V. Festival, which has been held for 13 years, in Washington, DC. The Black L.U.V. (love, unity & vision) Festival was established, in 1997, by artists in the historic U-street community devoted to social change and uplift of the DC creative community. This FREE one-day cultural outdoor event, uses the cultural arts as a vehicle to inform and enlighten communities of the Nation’s Capital on education, social injustice, healthcare (testing attendees for HIV/AIDS) and issues in underserved communities and neighborhoods, domestically and internationally.
Art and Craft Vendors
Black L.U.V. Festival Art and Craft vendors are now allowed on the plaza grounds, so we have a fast turn around for filling the space. The one booth space will be $75. We have 10 spaces open. Black LUV Festival only allows, on a first come first serve basis, two vendors in each category to allow for less competition and more sales. Therefore, all vendors will be notified of acceptance of their submission, then you will make payment by the deadline.
Application Closes - September 11 | Notification of Acceptance - September 13 |
Payment Due by - September 17 via Paypal
