DC Linking and Tracking (DCLTS) seeks to ensure that infants born in the District of Columbia are screened for developmental delay. DCLTS provide one in-home infant development assessment to children between the ages of birth to three years old to ensure the child is meeting developmental milestones. DCLTS will also provide screening and health education services to parents during the visit.
If a child is not meeting the appropriate developmental milestones, DCLTS will refer the child to Early Intervention Services.
The DCLTS services include:
- FREE (In home) Child Developmental Assessment
- Depression Screening
- Substance Abuse Screening
- Domestic Violence Screening
- Health Education
