Post-Secondary & Career Education Conference
The Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s (OSSE) Post-Secondary and Career Education Conference is an annual event that serves as a catalyst for best practices, new trends, networking opportunities and professional development for District of Columbia’s college and career education providers.
“Developing the District’s Workforce,” the theme for the 2014 conference, offers 14 dynamic workshops and panel discussions that highlight current conversations in the post-secondary and career education landscape. The conference panel discussions includes “Early College and Dual Enrollment Strategies,” “Career Programs for District Students,” “District-level Data Presentation,” “Demystifying the College Admissions Process” and “Smart College Choices: Improving College Match and Fit.”
