The Hepatitis Division falls under the umbrella of the HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD, TB Administration (HAHSTA). HAHSTA currently conducts hepatitis surveillance activities and coordinates hepatitis prevention services in the District of Columbia. The Hepatitis prevention program at HAHSTA aims to collaborate with various Substance Abuse and HIV/AIDS programs in the coming years to integrate and expand Viral Hepatitis prevention among existing services.
